From eyebrow care to make-up A set of two brushes: a comb brush and an eyebrow brush ● Use the bristle part of the comb brush to regulate the flow of hairs. Use the comb part of the brush to raise the hairs and cut off excess hairs with eyebrow scissors or a similar tool. After drawing on the eyebrows with the pencil or powder, blend and finish with the brow brush. After use, use a tissue to gently wipe away any make-up or dirt adhering to the eyebrows. If the brow brush is heavily soiled, rinse it off by shaking it gently in warm or fresh water, then drain and dry the bristles in a cool place.
