Light and soft to the touch flocked puff. Recommended for use with pre-pressed powder. When using, blend the powder into the puff as if you were smearing it in, and then apply it gently to the skin. If excess powder gets on the puff, please adjust the amount by dropping the powder onto a tissue or the like.
