Please wash your feet thoroughly and make sure it is completely dry before using the product.

① Place the rough side gently on rough and dry foot skin, and move it in one direction. Be careful not to use the rough side on the top of your foot (the instep) as the skin there is thinner and more prone to damage.
② After removing unnecessary calluses, use the smooth side on the back of the rough surface to smooth and refine your skin.
③ After use, we recommend applying cream or lotion to your feet.
④ After using, wash the file with warm water or lukewarm water and let it dry naturally.
