Soak the hard, rough calluses on the heels of the feet in hot water to moisten and soften them thoroughly. Then thoroughly wipe the surface of the foot with a towel. Wet the surface of the Beauty Foot file and wipe off the moisture with a towel before exfoliating. If it becomes dry, moisten the calluses again.
If you have a lot of calluses, use a medium file and finish with a fine file.
If you have a small amount of keratin, use only a fine-tooth comb. After cleaning the keratin, be sure to moisturise with a cream or other aftercare product.
Can also be used on dry corns.
Do not over-scrub as this may cause injury. Do not use on soft skin. Do not use if you have skin problems.
